This Dussehra, let’s conquer over social evils
That time of the year again. Dussehra. Put on your best clothes. Click pics. Upload on socials. Share sweets. Burn Ravana effigies. Good conquers evil. Good night. Happy Dussehra, folks.
Is that all there is to it? Or does Dussehra hold a larger relevance in our life – individually as well as collectively?
At BrandCare, one of the leading healthcare agencies in Asia, we believe it does. Very much so.
We believe the Ravana effigy is but a symbolism. Of all things bad. In us. In the society around us.
Wait. Make that ‘Especially in us’.
That’s what we usually tend to overlook. And that’s what we need to burn, starting this Dussehra.
#burnitdown
An awareness initiative by BrandCare – and creatively expressed through a series of well-designed communication pieces on socials – #burnitdown aims (pun unintended) to persuade us to burn the bad within and around us first. That Ravana effigy can wait; it’s not going anywhere anyway. 🙂
Because that’s the only way we can create a healthier, more positive planet. The only way in which good can triumph over evil – in its truest sense.
Join the conversation. Spread the word. Share the idea. #burnitdown
Because at BrandCare, we believe a festive occasion is not just about a celebration. It’s an opportunity for a brand or a company – or even an individual – to start a digitally-engaging, socially-relevant conversation. One that can change mindsets, behaviours and lives.
Happy Dussehra, folks.
